“ Had been years since I ate here until today, but it’s always been one of my favorite places to eat in Indiana. You get a TON of food and it’s cheap. Today I had the lasagna which comes with soup, salad, and dessert. See pic below for cost lol, you won’t believe it. Highly recommended for anyone traveling on 70, you won’t regret it. I’ve eaten here probably 20 times in my life and have never had a bad meal. And also have never left hungry ;) ”

“ I ordered the Porterhouse steak, (approx 24oz) baked potato with butter & sour cream, rice, corn, chicken noodle soup, and a small side salad with blue cheese. All of the food was amazing, the restaurant was clean, with a country home feel, and the staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. I will be stopping here every time I drive this route, which I pray is very often. The price for all of these generous portions was only 31.27 after tax, of course I left a tip also. I drive a truck OTR, and have eaten at a lot of great restaurants, this is in my top 3 for quality, price, portion amounts, staff, and atmosphere. There is a Loves truck stop directly across the street. ”

“ One of my favorites on the highway. Update 11/1/24 still great food, great prices, great service. Pot roast fork tender. Real mashed potatoes not that instant crap some places give (iron skillet) cough cough. Always get the special. More food than I can finish. And great price ”
“ Wife has the chicken fried steak and I had the three pork chip meal (Greek style). I've also had it a the fried pork chops like my mom used to make, but I've got to say the Greek style was even better. What the pictures don't show was the side plate of mashed potatoes for the three pork chop meal (it couldn't fit on the same plate, the big salad that came with it (loved the poppy seed dressing), the cup of ham and bean soup with cornbread, and the dessert. All this for each of the meals. Service was great and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better meal, really. Haven't had a single disappointed meal here since we discovered this gem in the past 6 years. Was surprised that I had never reviewed this before. ”
